In June through July of 2008, Andy Wallace mixed Plain White T’s latest album, Big Bad World, in Studio G in New York. Johnny K. produced and mixed Plain White T’s first hit album, Every Second Counts, but brought in longtime colleague, Soundtrack’s Andy Wallace, to mix Big Bad World. The album’s release was accompanied by a feature article the November 2008 issue of Mix Magazine. In the article, Johnny K. detailed his experience collaborating with Andy:
“Andy's instinct for the music is so right on the money right off the bat...the band and I have faith in Andy. He made the call on some things, and ultimately, if a change was made, everybody agreed it was a smart change. He has great intuition and is a legendary mixer — one of the best ever."

A Note from Rob
For over 30 years we've been steering The Soundtrack Group to a place where it has the size and capability to handle the largest national ad campaigns and mixing of A-list Hollywood features, yet small enough to know that you like your mocha lattes with just a dash of sugar. This newsletter is our way of keeping you in touch with the things that The Soundtrack Group is doing to use developing technology, a terrific staff and a little chutzpah to handle your projects.
